Lorix connects to Slack and Zoom and automatically captures your team's decisions, processes, and institutional knowledge — so nothing gets lost when a thread gets buried, a meeting ends, or someone leaves.
The Problem
Someone asks “why did we choose this approach?” and nobody knows. The decision was in a Slack thread six months ago. The person who made it has left. The wiki has three pages from 2021 that nobody trusts.
When someone leaves
Context, rationale, and hard-won decisions leave with them. The next engineer starts from scratch.
When Slack gets buried
Important threads disappear. Searching for a six-month-old decision takes 20 minutes and usually fails.
When wikis go empty
Notion gets set up. Nobody writes in it. Teams try again with Confluence. Same result.
The Answer
Lorix monitors the channels your team already uses. When a decision gets made, a process gets defined, or a question gets answered — Lorix extracts it, surfaces it for a one-click review, and adds it to a searchable knowledge base.
“The information already exists in your Slack. Lorix just makes it findable five months later.”
How It Works
Connect
Connect Slack and choose which channels to monitor. Lorix never reads DMs or channels you don't select.
Capture
Lorix reads your team's conversations and identifies knowledge worth keeping — decisions made, processes defined, questions answered.
Build
Review extractions in about 60 seconds. Approve what's right, edit anything that's off. Your knowledge base grows from there.
Then: Ask Lorix a question in plain English and get a sourced answer — with a link to the exact item it came from.
What You Get
Review queue
New extractions appear in a simple inbox. Approve, edit, or reject with one click. Takes about 60 seconds a day.
Knowledge base
Every approved item is tagged by type — Decision, Process, Q&A, or Context — and is full-text searchable.
Ask Lorix
Type a question in plain English. Get a sourced answer with a link to the exact item it came from. It doesn't hallucinate — if the answer isn't there, it says so.
Team access
Invite teammates to search the knowledge base and use Ask Lorix. The knowledge your team generates is available to everyone.

What does Lorix actually read?
Only Slack messages from channels you explicitly select. Lorix never reads DMs, files, or channels you haven't chosen. You can change your channel selection at any time.
How is this different from searching Slack?
Slack search returns raw messages. Lorix extracts the meaning — it tells you a decision was made, not just that a word appeared in a thread. Results are structured, tagged, and searchable by type.
How is this different from Notion or Confluence?
Those tools require someone to write documentation. Lorix does it automatically. If your wiki is empty because nobody writes in it, Lorix is designed for you.
How good is the extraction?
Good enough that most teams approve more than half of what Lorix extracts. We err on the side of fewer, higher-quality items. You control what goes into the knowledge base — nothing is added without your approval.
Does it work with Zoom?
Yes. Lorix connects to Zoom and processes meeting recordings automatically when they complete. The same extraction pipeline runs on transcripts as on Slack messages.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever — no credit card required. You get 1 user, 3 integrations, and up to 100 knowledge items.
Connect Slack, run the initial sync, and see your team's history organized for the first time — in about 5 minutes.
